1 billion people in the world have no access to electricity, most of them living in rural areas of sub-Saharan Africa. They rely on expensive fossil energy sources like kerosene, posing serious threats to health and safety, especially for children.

We at mango solar develop IoT-enabled, stand-alone solar home systems and sell them to B2B customers, who distribute the systems in the last mile field. In addition, we provide a software platform that is designed for emerging markets and enables B2B customers to digitize and scale their last mile processes related to sales & after sales, consumer payments via mobile money as well as local workforce management.

In summary, mango solar offers electrification and process digitization as a service for emerging markets.
