Yolele Foods Building markets and supply chains for African ingredients

Yolele is a revolutionary African food company. We create markets for traditional smallholder crops, and process at industrial scale to provide farmers with access to those markets. Our first ingredient platform is the ancient West African grain fonio, which we have been selling in the US since 2017, collaborating with strong trade partners. Current processing capacity does not meet the volume or quality requirements of major global food businesses who want to include fonio in their products. We are installing large scale processing capacity in West Africa to meet current unfilled demand.
