Lasni Silva (CEO/ Founder) – I handle Business strategy, New product Development, special projects (ISO, Baby Rusk etc.) MBA (Hons),MSc Sustainable Process Engineering BEng (Hons) Chemical Engineer, 10 years of experience in the corporate sector in R&D and Business Development. Megan Nadesan – Head of Production Talented Home-Baker, my right hand. She and I develop all product formulations together- therefore she is the only other person who knows all formulations. Her main duties include overseeing supply chain, planning daily production, cost management, compliance and managing production staff. Ruwanthi Herath – Head of Sales & Growth She oversees our sales and marketing operations and provides insights on brand direction. She and I started working on Lactoboost sales in November of 2021 when sales was LKR 20,000 a month and have grown into 7 figures over the past 5 years. She is the other mother on the team.
