Rosho is solving the problem of low agricultural value addition and food waste within Tanzania’s cashew sector. Although Tanzania is one of Africa’s largest cashew producers, much of the crop is exported raw while farmers and local communities capture limited value. Lower-grade and broken kernels are also often undervalued or discarded.Rosho transforms locally sourced cashews into high-value branded products including nut butters, snack bars, chocolates, flavored cashews, and more.
