MANQA Changing the world through food

With the support of ICCO COOPERATION is born MANQA, are cooking schools for vulnerable low-income youth, currently have 13 schools in Bolivia, 3 in Colombia. It is intended to link young chefs, small producers and consumers.
To achieve sustainability, it is developing business models linked to gastronomy and gastronomic tourism. This is why a restaurant and a service of gastronomic routes were implemented.
