CPAM CPAM will produce fresh tomato, purée and tomato juice

In Benin, although tomato is one of the most essential ingredients for the preparation of our meals, this fruit remains almost always rare and too expensive on the market. This is explained by its production characterized by a short period of overproduction followed by a long period of shortage in which the market is more occupied by foreign varieties.
Thus, our research has allowed us to find that the two main causes of this problem are: A low production of against season; and A very poor management of the few tomatoes we have in periods of overproduction.
So what is to be done about this situation?
In search of solutions, we decided to set up CPAM to produce and offer. Fresh tomato, tomato juice and tomato puree. It is a potential company because the tomato market in Benin is an immature or growing market where the need is felt strongly.
