We believe that having a stable job is a means to achieve goals and dreams, and even more importantly, to improve the quality of life of any person. This is why we focus on improving the quality of life of young people with intellectual disabilities through providing them with comprehensive job training that results in real and successful employment inclusion.
One of our differentiators is that our training plan is integral, that is, it not only focuses on training or giving tools to the users of our program, but also to parents or support networks. We also work hand in hand with companies to foster a culture of inclusion and guide them in the transformation or adaptation of their processes so that it becomes a truly inclusive company
