We have been a psychologist and for more than 10 years we have been dedicated to the issue of disability and inclusion from different fronts: educational, social and we met in a CA that addressed the topic of labor inclusion. There we were responsible for training and monitoring users in their work practices and supporting businesses to make inclusion successful. This benchmark, as well as training in leading countries ‘ practices in inclusion, was what led us to found Capability
