Context

On the challenge  

In this context and with the aim of continuing to improve and deliver simple, efficient and sustained experiences in a robust state of the art infrastructure, it is that, Through its Open Innovation area, Entel Explora and with the support of ChileGlobal Ventures, risk capital area of Fundación Chile, launched the third edition of Inventing the Future, a call for technological base solutions that will improve the experience of its consumers in Chile and Peru, both in the B2B and B2C market.  

Challenges

• Agendation technical service home: We are looking for management and self-agendation solutions for technical visit (installation/care), including digital tracking , among other features to surprise our customers, with initial focus on Home (internet/fiber) services.
• Digital management of requests and claims:We look for efficient management and self-tracking solutions for client requests and complaints, that include end2end management of tickets, independent of the different channels the client is connecting to.
• Digital return and product change management: We look for solutions that allow our customers to change, renew, and/or return products in a simple, secure, transparent and differentiating way, including buyback

Who can apply

• Business Validation: High growth potential projects that already have commercial validation (demonstrable traction in users, sales and/or profitability) or technology (TRL 7 or higher).
• Ability to implement the solution: Companies must demonstrate and ensure they have the capacity to implement their solution in Chile and Peru.
• Availability and dedication: The team selected to start a pilot process, must demonstrate the availability and dedication needed in your project, so at least one person must be dedicated to fulltime.
• Enthusiastic teams: Project teams will need to be shaped by motivated, enthusiastic and agile people to ensure results in the short term.

Award

The winner (1st place) of the call will have the possibility to develop a pilot of its innovation with Entel with reach in Chile and Peru.
