We also welcome special guests from the XLAfrica initiative of the World Bank and the Summit is powered by the Work in Progress! Alliance.
Limited seating is available so make sure to register your ticket now on AAIS2017.com. Special early-bird tickets on sale now for $599 if you register before September 1st, 2017.
This year’s theme ‘Start-Scale-Exit, Funding Great Startup Teams Poised For Global Success’ focuses on the role investors play in working with startup teams to scale internationally and ultimately exit. Where the last three editions of the Summit focused on seed capital and collaboration within the ecosystem, this year we are moving things up and focus on the next steps of the investment cycle.
The event will bring together conversations, keynotes, panel discussions and workshops centered on how investors and different players in the ecosystem help Africa’s entrepreneurs to scale internationally and get ready-to-exit. Topics key to this year’s event will be: expanding from Africa to the world; building international syndicates; taking startup teams from idea to exit; and angels exiting to VC’s. Keep an eye on AAIS2017.com for further announcements on the program and speakers.
Join us in Cape Town, South Africa at #AAIS2017.
