Zaruk Farms Youth unemployment problem

Zaruk Farms is trying to solve the problem of graduate unemployment problem which had been a major challenge in the Northern regions of Ghana for Decades. Zaruk Farms is creating jobs for 7 people in the first year and increase in number in the subsequent years. We are not just creating jobs for people but people from our operational community who are graduates and have the skills, knowledge and experience in the Business that makes Zaruk farm unique.
