Yolele is a revolutionary African food company. We create markets for traditional smallholder crops, and build processing capacity to provide farmers with access to those markets. Our first ingredient platform is the ancient West African grain fonio, which we have been selling in the US since 2017, collaborating with strong trade partners. Current processing capacity does not meet the volume or quality requirements of major global food businesses who have come to us for fonio. We aim to build capacity to meet current unfilled demand.
