Ramadhan Yategeka has three years’ experience from Three Farmers Investments exporting UTZ certified Coffee and Cocoa where he worked as a Traceability Officer from farm-dispatch. He worked as an organic certification consultant for Flona Commodities Ltd exporting organic dried fruits. Worked with NASECO Seeds company under Uganda Organic Certification Ltd (UgoCert) as a data statistician.
Paschal Yiga, who is also a co-founder. Mr. Yiga grew up in a farming community, himself working on the family farm throughout childhood. Helping the family sell its farm produce as well getting involved in small scale trading of farm produce, buying from other small-scale farmers especially of coffee and grains and selling to nearby urban-centers small scale processors.
He went through St Benedict Engineering College for a Diploma in Electrical Engineering and upon graduation instead decided to join the entrepreneur league.
