Ghana’s 3.7 million salaried workers earn daily but are paid once a month. Between paydays, predatory lenders charge up to 30% monthly interest to fill the gap — not because workers are poor, but because they cannot access wages they have already earned. XenFlex fixes that.
We integrate directly with employer payroll systems and let workers withdraw earned wages before payday — instantly, via app or USSD on any phone. No debt. No interest. No credit check. Funds arrive in seconds via MTN MoMo, Vodafone Cash, or AirtelTigo. At month end, withdrawn amounts are automatically deducted from payroll.

Employers pay a monthly subscription of GHS 10–15 per enrolled employee. Workers pay a flat fee of GHS 3–10 per withdrawal. 77% gross margin. Breakeven at 24 employer partners by Month 13.
We are pre-product but not pre-validation. Twelve employers signed Letters of Intent before we built a single line of code — across hospitality, healthcare, logistics, manufacturing, and agriculture in G
