We have a developer who is the co-founder. He is in charge of all the system development, maintenance and upgrade. I am the founder and the market development executive. I am in charge of identifying new leads and converting them to agents, managing and maintaining the existing agents and customers, getting new clients, over seeing general operations and a core decision maker.
