We are a very diverse team, both in our backgrounds, as well as in our personalities and skills. Since we are still at the beginning of our journey at Waya, only Antonia is the only co-founder working full-time at Waya. Non the less, with good organization, everyone does their part and especially bringing together a lot of expertise. We support an open feedback culture and are very understanding of each other’s needs and motivations. We are fully remote, however, we do team days from time to time to really get to know each other well. We appreciate and support each other’s differences which definitely makes Waya a robust and flexible company.
