The team’s background spans aquaculture production, hatchery and cage farming, input supply, market development, financing, logistics, and technology-enabled systems. Team members have worked directly with fish farmers, built and operated aquaculture systems, structured financing within the sector, and developed digital and operational infrastructure to support scale. The team combines practical farming knowledge with experience in supply chain coordination, product development, customer engagement, and venture building, including prior founder experience and exposure to scaling operations across multiple African markets. This blend of technical, commercial, and operational expertise enables WAVU to design solutions that are grounded in real production realities while remaining scalable and capital-efficient.
