Team
Our team is made of diverse and young talented individuals. We currently have 50% of our employee under the youth category. Our company was founded by a female entrepreneur who believes heavily on gender diversity. Today we currently have 37.5% of our employee being female. Our company continues to identify the critical role that the youth/women plays in our business including bringing in fresh perspective, agility, increase productivity and high abilities to apply different technologies. More than the 8 full time employee, we have over 20 contract young individuals that work in sourcing, design of our digital products, part-time employee at the farm and drivers.
