Our team are passionate about plant-based milk and other dairy products. After carrying out extensive market research and Customers Beneficiaries and Users survey, the team noted that all the milk consumed in Kenya comes from the existing 5 million cattle that produces only 4 billion litres of milk annually against the annual demand of 8 billion litres. This shortfall is projected to worsen with years as the demand of milk is projected to increase by 150% by 2050. The team has been carrying out research and have developed 1st and 2nd prototypes for soy milk, almond milk, coconut milk, rice milk and blends. The team has also been trying to produce plant-based cheese and butter.
