Stephanie(part-time), previously managing marketing for a Kenyan fintech startup, oversees community engagement and program development at VFA, drawing from her deep insights into talent challenges in Africa. Aaron (Advisor), an early-stage investor and venture builder in African startups, leads early-stage fintech investing at the Digital Currency Group, providing strategic advisory support to accelerate growth for VFA’s startup partners. Thea (Advisor), with expertise in advising emerging-market companies and currently the Head of Marketing for a fintech startup in Africa, contributes to communication efforts for VFA.
