Universal Assignment is a female-led startup in Malawi transforming rural agriculture through tech-enabled solutions. We empower women and youth with digital tools, climate-smart farming techniques, and food processing skills to increase incomes and build resilience. Our AgTech innovation includes WhatsApp extension services, virtual training, and a digital marketplace linking farmers to buyers. With over 500 women trained and 1,000+ youth engaged through our programs, we are creating sustainable livelihoods, promoting inclusive leadership, and reimagining food systems for a climate-smart future in Africa.
