1. Background
Many underserved communities lack reliable internet access and digital skills, limiting opportunities in education, employment, and innovation. Tumaini Network was created to address this gap by combining connectivity with digital literacy.

2. Problem Statement
Communities in Kakuma Refugee Camp and Kalobeyei Settlement face, Limited and unreliable, internet access, Low digital literacy, High cost of connectivity, Lack of devices and infrastructure. These challenges restrict access to online education, jobs, and digital services.
