Blayne Tesfaye (5 years) is Founder and CEO for TruLuv and has a background in communications and marketing for international businesses seeking to have a footprint in the Ethiopian market. As Head of CSR & Communications for Diageo’s Ethiopian brewery she achieved results in a local raw materials sourcing program working with smallholder farmers.
Kifflé Abebe (5 years) works with TruLuv as Production Head, and is a senior engineer with experience in lean manufacturing at Fortune 500 Companies, like Toyota and Diageo, in North America, Asia and Ethiopia. He has 10+ years’ experience in leading major projects and operations and is currently CPO at Komari Beverage.
Gizman Yahya (2.5 years) is TruLuv’s Operations Manager. She has a BA in Accounting & Finance, and has supported the growth of the business’ sales, team growth and development, and creation and implementation of key SOPs.
