I am the team leader and founder of the farm enterprise. I have 5 full time employees. 2 women, 3 men of which 1 is a youth. All the workers have diverse experience in farming including Dairy management. 1 lady is the sales and marketing representative.
We have an accountant, ICT and legal persons who work on a part time basis.
