Taska is a credit card for salaried professionals in Nigeria, where fewer than 2% of people have one. We verify a user’s income and employer through their payroll and bank data, issue them a revolving credit line, and collect repayment automatically from their salary account on payday, before they can spend it. As a user repays on time, their limit grows. We launch as a virtual card on Nigeria’s local Verve network, with physical and international cards to follow.
