Since the 1960s with the early findings of Spanish oncologist Dr. Rafael Abad Iglesias there has been growing importance and improvements in the discoveries about the usefulness of snail slime especially in cosmetics and even to a greater extent medicine. This cases are particular in Europe and Asia with little traces in the Americas and most importantly very little in Africa. Cameroon in particular has no traces of putting to use snail slime though there is the rapid growth of snail farms across the country mostly for food purposes. GC Farms will hence work in close partnership with these farm including their own, to extract snail slime in a bit to feed the cosmetic industry in Cameroon and Africa in general with a product of high value in order to solve skin related problems faced within the community.
