The Berbere Stop is an Ethiopian cloud fusion kitchen based in Nairobi, Kenya. In my kitchen, I bring to the people how I incorporate different types of foods that you can consume with the famous Ethiopian bread called Injerra. Injerra is a sour bread eaten alongside Ethiopian dishes and stews. Aside from the famous Ethiopian dishes that are prepared in Ethiopian restaurants, I have come up with different and unique dishes that can be eaten alongside Injerra. For example, Chicken Liver Berbere, Fish Fillet Berbere, Chicken Masala Berbere. These are but a few unique dishes in my kitchen that are deliciously different from what a consumer would ordinarily order in most Ethiopian restaurants. Imagine indulging in it with sweet bananas, butternut soup, you name it. My conclusion is that I bring something different and unique to the table of consumers when they think about Ethiopian food!
