Taskty is the biggest online marketplace for home services in Egypt. We connect our customers with the best cleaners/technicians in their neighborhood and guarantee a smooth shopping experience, top quality and safety.
From the supplier side, we are helping hundreds of technicians to make more income, sharpen their soft skills and get an access to the online market. We won MIT inclusive innovation challenge for Africa in 2019 for the innovative solutions that we developed to automate the process with our suppliers.
We acquired hundreds of technicians who serving 20 different services to thousands of customers every month. Our customers love what we do, that’s why 70% of our orders are from old customers and we are having a really healthy unit economics.
We were able to raise money from 500 startups, seedstars, Flat6labs and Cairo Angels.
We recovered from the COVID impact this year and our numbers are booming since last Feb!
