SUNS4 Central Food Cooking center with delivery in Mobile Street Box

After 3 years of feasibility studies on urban and rural needs in Cameroon, the COVID19 pandemic have strongly urged the necessity of transform foods and preserved it. This implied the development of rural storage for better selection and frequencies of transport while 80 % of the farmers in Cameroon are sprinkled in same seed productions. Indeed there is no real actor of Foods transformation and distribution and we still import a lot of finished products. Despite small machines in inox I’ve created, i need investment to protect my mobile street box and develop an organic sale system including public advertising, local job offers, mobile payment and delivery apps. Structure of cost of mobile street box is strongly inferior than creating a restaurant in each district. To develop local foods with microbiology security, we must invest in Auto hydro electricity production coupled with water filtering system and recycling local PET for our packaging. I have established 8 criteria on foods.
