Solarity Plus Limited, as a Renewable Energy company has long identified the widening gap between the growth mobile phone users and the supply of electricity in Nigeria. This gap is presently being met in most parts by micro entrepreneurs who mostly use unsustainable and “dirty” petrol generators.
Our desire is that ALL mobile phone charging stations are powered by Renewable Energy and are energy efficient. To jump start that desire we are setting 5 “Solarity Enterprise Hub” in selected locations around Lagos and Ogun States with some focus on high traffic market environments.
“Solarity Enterprise Hubs” will be a location for:
* Mobile Device charging;
* Financial inclusion services eg agent banking and insurance;
* Barbing saloon;
* Solar products retails shop with Easybuy products; and
* A digital skills acquisition centre.
We intend to quickly scale the expansion of the Hub via a franchise model.
