We are a microenterprise that we are dedicated to making derivatives of cordillerrense agave, from which we draw three lines of agave derivatives (Sirope de agave, Dulce untunable of agave; Manjar white with agave) using for its processing the biogas, generated by the manure of the cattle that we have. Our startup began 4 years ago, managing to have a circular economy, and obtaining all our raw material in the agricultural foundation that we have in the Mantaro Valley, in the center of Peru, at 3200 meters, working hand in hand with the peasant community of the area.
