(1) Reducing transportation fuel cost and increasing food and basic services affordability
(2) Reducing carbon dioxide emissions and their impact on global warming
(3) Eliminating particulate emissions and improving the Air quality
(4) Reducing the trade deficit by utilizing local natural gas resources
(5) Reducing the budget deficit by eliminating transportation fuel subsidies

(b) Deploying fit for purpose modularized natural gas stations
