Shopa is foundered by three founders: Ulric Chekap (CEO) a Cameroonian, Frank Nana Addae (COO) a Ghanaian and Michael Hammond (CTO) also a Ghanaian.
Our CEO Ulric Chekap has 5 years of work experience as sales manager for Diageo Guinness Cameroon and 2 years experience as a relationship manager for a microfinance institution in Cameroon, where he was in charge of credit to MSEs. He has a background in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Picardie Jules Verne in France and Ngaoundere in Cameroon.
CTO Michael Hammond has 3 years experience in building, deploying and maintaining enterprise software, and has worked with multinational companies like Vodafone. Hold a degree in Agricultural and Biosystems Engineering.
And COO Frank Nana Addae has 3yrs of experience working as Chief Operations Officer for a couple of startups such as Startupfundos a Crowdfunding platform and Frikanda an E-commerce platform for custom made products. Holds a degree in Banking & Fin
