There has been progress in achieving gender equality here in Somaliland and more girls are attending school, more women are working but we must end gendered patters of labor and unlock African women’s potential. At Shire Consulting we want to give them a platform to explore the Marketing world so we plan to hire an all woman’s staff made up of local qualified Marketing Specialist. We believe investing in women’s human capital will allow them to break free of traditional roles in Somaliland.
