Share Anonymous Initiative has been self-funded since inception and that means that a lot of the people who have worked
for and supported the initiative has been external contractors and volunteers.
However, as we are structuring to scale, employees at all level are competent in what they do:
• They are equipped with the skills and tools they need to perform their roles in the present and for future requirements.
• They are committed to doing their jobs well and consistently.
• Learning and development is championed and provided.
• Ability to motivate and retain competent employees.
