Hirander Misra (70%) – He is currently the Chairman and CEO of GMEX Group. Previously he was the co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of Chi-X Europe Limited, instrumental in taking the company from concept to successful launch. At the time of his departure in February 2010, Chi-X Europe was the second largest equities trading venture in Europe, just behind the LSE Group and was subsequently sold to Bats Global Markets in November 2011 for $365mn.
Tony Harrop (20%)- He is the Group CIO of GMEX Group Limited and Managing Director of GMEX Innovation Limited, created by the MBO of the technology team at PLUS Markets.
Jessica T Naga (10%) – She is the founder and managing director of Digital Associates Ltd, a Pan-African law firm licensed in Mauritius. She called to the Bar of England and Wales in 2004 and to the Bar of Mauritius in 2007. After completing her pupillage at the prominent reinsurance set, she practiced as a Barrister on the London Circuit for a number of years.
