Lance Hadley (CEO) is an IT and data management specialist with over 15 years of experience building digital information platforms, data integration tools, and content management systems. In the last 7 years, he has designed and field-tested innovative and meaningfully impactful digital technologies and has personally seen the power of digital technologies to socially empower disadvantaged citizens throughout East Africa.
Sylvia Kitua (Senior Operations) has eight years of implementation experience in social development areas related to GBV, WASH and Agri-tech innovations focused on women and youth. She has worked on related field projects that impact East Africa’s refugees, women entrepreneurs, and rural SMEs.
Julia Lipowiecka (CSO) has been working in the area of trade, regional integration, and social development in East Africa for ten years and has direct experience designing and implementing trade and development programs with a focus on gender and poverty.
