We develop software and services for managing customer complaints. Over the past ten years, we have provided solutions to banking holding companies, central banks, regulatory bodies, microfinance institutions, and insurance companies in 14 countries. National financial inclusion strategies, the widespread adoption of consumer protection measures, and regulations in more than 19 African countries require financial service providers to have a claims management system for the 375 million consumers of financial services.
