Rivuuz currently has a very small team with only 1 full-time employee, its Founder and CEO, Ms Michelle Chimuka. She is supported by 3 freelancers working on daily business operations and digital marketing. The founder is a Chartered Accountant with an MSc in Entrepreneurship and Innovation and has previously built 2 successful social enterprises that are still running and thriving beyond her transition out. The founder owns 99% of the equity and a silent partner owns the remaining 1%.
Once resources are available to bring on board full-time employees, the first focus will be on filling key C-suite roles with the priorities being the Chief Technology Officer, Chief Marketing Officer. For all early hires, we will specifically seek generalists who are adaptable and can wear many hats within a small startup
