Today, Africa has the world’s fastest-growing gaming population but captures almost none of the industry’s $200B value due to a lack of structured, commercially driven studios. While most teams build a single game and fail, we are building a repeatable system. Our model is to launch games in sequence, each designed to validate production, generate revenue, and fund the next release. This reduces single-title risk and transforms game development from a hit-driven gamble into a predictable business.
