We are a restaurant with 12 years contributing to the dissemination and improving the levels of nutrition of our community taking the gastronomy as a social weapon against malnutrition, discrimination and ignorance. Our experience constantly leads us to work on continuous improvement and learning of the hand with the development of our producers in order to create a healthy nutrition chain, sustainable local development and respectful of the environment and our culture.
We work to lead change in our society and our work will positively impact the community and serve as an example for other entrepreneurs to see their ventures beyond the commercial business side on the social development side and ancestral cultural valuation.
