Our team comprise of 3 Chefs permanently in our kitchen with 3 kitchen staff 2 delivery staff, 4 serving staff and the founder. The 3 chefs and 3 kitchen helpers carries out the preparation of indigenous foods to be served at chosen points around city. The delivery is carried out by 2 staff (drivers) each with a food trailer . each trailer with 2 staff serving the customers and we good to go each day.
