Our team consists of professionals in different fields: education, science (biology, chemistry, physics), project management, business development, sales, marketing, strategy, operations, development, design and dev.ops. We were and still very selective in choosing who will join our team, to make sure they fit with the rest of the team, and this is, in part, also to make sure we keep our self-motivated culture and goal driven teamwork. While we focus on positive empowerment and motivation and encourage growth and learning, we also make sure that the team is involved in the plans and decision making to encourage their sense of ownership and belonging. And it works, as we had to switch to remote working overnight when covid hit, and we have been working remotely ever since without a hitch, and even delivered major projects on time and with great customer acceptance and feedback during that time.
