Polybriq building differently

We are changing the narratives on post-consumer plastics as we harness its strength for durable building materials. Post consumers plastics are used as binders in concrete substitute for blockwork and roofing tiles. This is sold 10% lesser than clay tiles at the price of N 450 (€1.05) per tile and N 4050 per m2 to contractors and landowners. Low income communities are given the chance to earn from plastics towards the construction of their home, thereby making home ownership more affordable. Our solution solves the challenges of post-consumer waste, affordable low income housing, water conservation and mitigates climate change. Our vision is to reduce housing and energy poverty in Nigeria and Africa through improved structural and product designs with higher energy efficiency; a necessity in sustainable cities.
