Currently, a team of four (4), are committed builders with a shared vision and strong skills to effectively manage business objectives and deliver results. Joseph is a self-taught flutter developer with over 5 years of experience spanning software programming, and business development since changing careers from communications. Joseph currently leads our software engineering efforts and general operations at PIICKA. Joseph’s passion for building innovative retail solutions comes from years of helping his mother hawk and sell products in local markets. Ihuoma joins our team from her role as Risk and Compliance officer at Flutterwave, bringing her exposure to a unicorn culture into our daily operations at PIICKA. As Chief Operations Officer, Ihuoma will lead our core teams and oversee daily business operations and ensure compliance. Festus brings over 7 years of industry experience spanning UI/UX design, web, and mobile development, responsive product design, and product management.
