FarmServe MobiMOOC enhances farmers agricultural skills and knowledge in modern agricultural production through improved access to quality agricultural advice and quality inputs from a basic phone and field based trainings. Farmers will have access to new innovations and development in the food and agricultural system, contributing to sustainable agricultural production and quality food supply. Smallholder farmers from the villages of Karungu, Bududah and Opok, Mutanda Sub- County attached to our different field based demos sites will be profiled and trained on safe agricultural chemical usage training; agrochemical selection, application, storage and disposal. The farmers information entered into our grower management system to create a farmer database and offered access FarmServe MobiMOOC code to access our agronomic advice, send in inquiries, get feedback from our agronomist and make agricultural input orders on the same platform using their phones while at their homes.
