TeamOur team consists of 65 members organised across five core functions: Product, Operations, Research & Development, Growth & Partnerships, and Commercialisation. In just 3.5 years of operations, we have successfully deployed two phases of Project Hummingbird, our Direct Air Capture and Storage (DAC+S) plant achieved with only a fraction of the funding and without the subsidies typically available to peers in the Global North. We have already generated $3.6M in commercial traction through the sale of high-quality carbon credits in the Voluntary Carbon Market (VCM). Furthermore, we have actively engaged with key government ministries to help shape regulatory and policy frameworks, ensuring the recognition of DAC and engineered carbon dioxide removal (CDR) in Kenya. We remain on track to complete Project Hummingbird by 2027 and are currently raising a Series A round worth $8 million to complete the next phase of the plant by the end of 2026.
