Nextdoor (LUMAAT, LDA) is a Mozambican digital real estate agency that aims to provide integrated services using digital technology in the process of capturing, listing, purchasing, selling and leasing properties, through digital platforms (web and mobile applications) to customers, served as a Real Estate Marketplace.

A platform allows users to follow the development of the entire property sale/purchase/lease process within the platform in the palm of the user/client’s hand in real time.

The platform, in addition to real estate transactions, will partner with Banks and Insurance Companies to make its services (Credit and Home Insurance) available to customers/users of the platform who want to purchase these services to buy or secure their property.
