The top leadership of the institute is the founder and Managing Director who is the overseer. The institute also has an advisory Board consisting of 12 members, mandatory by the ministry of education and sports. They formulate policies, give guidance on the program activities and sit at least once a year. The leadership and management is shown in the Organogram below.

The institution management, is headed by the principal on behalf of the managing Director and Advisory Board. We have three departments that is Vocational and Business training, Community and Business Development Services and Finance and Operations.

The department of Vocational and Business training is in charge of all education. The Academic registrar is in charge of enrolment and academic performance. All are supported by heads of department, instructors and support staff.

The Community Outreach and Business Development Services are responsible for community out-reach programs.
