The Production Manager possesses relevant skills and qualifications in managing and caring of the pigs with vast knowledge in pig production. 2. The Sales & Marketing Officer possesses vast qualifications, experience and skills and is involved in all marketing activities including advertising, grading, weighing and pricing. 3. Production Assistant, works within the production Unit from breeding to weaning, tagging, feeding and scheduled disease control and preparation of Pigs in readiness for delivery to customers. Responsible for transportation of production inputs to various production points. Qualities include Excellent communication skills, Adaptability, Enthusiasm, Determination, Perseverance, ability to work well under pressure, Organizational skills and Administrative skills.
